At The Coffee City, we want your coffee experience to be exceptional from start to finish. Here's what you need to know:

Processing Time:
As coffee connoisseurs who source directly from farms and roasters, we take 1 to 3 working days to prepare your order. This ensures that your coffee arrives fresh and full of flavor.

Wholesale Orders:
For our valued wholesale partners, please consider adding an extra 3-5 working days to our regular shipping time. Wholesale orders exceeding 60 bags are shipped in small, manageable batches of 50 to 60 units, so you can enjoy our coffee your way.

U.S. Deliveries:

U.S. buyers enjoy a special advantage — orders under $800 USD are generally exempt from import duties and customs clearance fees. However, it’s important to note that U.S. Customs retains full authority to review and assess duties on any shipment.

While this is uncommon, approximately 1 in every 100 shipments may be randomly selected for inspection and charged import duties. These checks are completely outside our control and are handled solely by U.S. Customs.


Non-U.S. Deliveries:
For our international customers, it's important to note that import duties and customs clearance fees become your responsibility upon the package's arrival in your destination country. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Shipping:
For those of you ordering from a different country, please reach out to us, and we'll provide you with specific shipping information tailored to your area.

All our orders are shipped via reliable partners, DHL Express or UPS Door-to-Door Service. You can expect your coffee to arrive in the U.S. within 5-7 working days and in Europe within 7-10 working days. Rest assured, we'll share a tracking number with you once your order is on its way.

Shipping Costs:

U.S. and Canada Transit Time:

  • Standard Shipping: 5 to 7 working days after processing time.
  • Priority Shipping: 2 to 3 working days after processing time.

U.S. and Canada Standard Shipping Costs:

  • Purchases of $55 USD or more qualify for FREE SHIPPING. 

For purchases under $55 USD, the following rates apply:

  • $22.00 USD or less: $18.00 USD Flat Shipping rate.
  • Over $22.00 up to $40.00 USD: $15.00 USD Flat Shipping rate.
  • Over $40.00 but under $55.00 USD: $10.00 USD Flat Shipping rate.

U.S. and Canada Priority Shipping Costs:

  • $30.00 USD Priority Shipping rate.

Europe Shipping Costs:

For purchases under $100 USD, the following rates apply:
  • $99.99 USD or less: $75.00 USD Flat Shipping rate.
  • $100 USD or more: $65.00 USD Flat Shipping rate.

Saudi Arabia & Rest of the World Shipping Costs:

  • Purchases of $200.00 USD or less: $85.00 USD Flat Shipping rate.
  • Over $200.00 up to $400.00 USD: $75.00 USD Flat Shipping rate.
